Together with Assistant Solicitor Mary Groves, and Secretary Lyn
McChesney, the litigation team deal with a wide range of contentious
business, including commercial and residential landlord and tenant
claims including repossessions; property disputes (including boundary
and right-of- way claims), consumer and general contract issues;
professional negligence; building disputes, debt recovery (in
particular commercial debts and estate agency commission claims) and
employment disputes.
