you are SELLING a property, as part of the conveyancing
process you will need to complete a Seller's Property Information
Form and Fixtures, Fittings and Contents Questionnaire. If the property is leasehold, you will also need to complete the Seller's Leasehold Information Form. These forms can be sent to you in the post but, if you would like to, you may click on the links below to access the forms. You may send the completed forms to us by e-mail to dbragg@edclord.com, fax or post, but we will require a signed copy of each form before we are able to proceed to exchange of contracts on your behalf. |
