\u2022 The ability to maintain existing relations with the firm’s clients and assist with developing new relationships with third party members
\u2022 A willingness to participate in the growth and future development of these areas of work within the department and to assist in building up the client base.
\u2022 The ability to work independently, although within a wider department should essentially be able to hit the ground running with matters.
\u2022 Excellent client facing skills
\u2022 The ability to prioritise work and to work to strict timescales where required.
\u2022 Technical proficiency and good IT skills.
\u2022 A strong academic background.<\/p>\n
