Commercial Litigation is a broad term which encompasses dispute resolution on a wide range of commercial matters where we act for businesses. It is difficult to provide fixed-price fees for these services as our client\u2019s requirements are highly varied as between individual cases. His hourly rate is \u00a3350 plus Vat at 20% \u00a0Shanaz Gota is a solicitor within the litigation team. Her hourly rate is \u00a3300 plus Vat at 20%. Laura Romney is a trainee solicitor based int eh litigation team. Her hourly rate is\u00a0 \u00a3150 plus Vat at 20%. We will give you our best estimate of costs at the outset of your matter once we have agreed a strategy for the case with you.
